Mailbox to mailbox, mailbox to .mbox files, or mailbox to a browsable PDF archive in the cloud of your choice -- nightly if you want, filtered if you want.
What it does
- Copy a whole mailbox to another; back up to .mbox and restore from it.
- A PDF archive per message, or just the attachments, into any cloud folder.
- Filters by sender, recipient, subject, date and size, run on the mail server.
- Import an Outlook .pst into a mailbox or into .mbox files.
- Addresses that save whatever is mailed to them straight into a cloud folder.
What it does not do
- Outlook .pst files are read, never written.
- Each run copies only what is new since the last, so the first is the long one.
