What to include
For anything about a transfer, the job's date and the two accounts involved is usually enough to find it. For a payment, the payment id from your receipt. Never send a password or a cloud provider's access token — nobody here will ask for one, and we cannot act on one.
Billing and refunds
Refund requests go to the same address. What is and is not refundable is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
Privacy and data requests
Requests for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion also go to that address. You can delete your account yourself, too, from Account settings in the application. What deletion removes, and what is kept and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
Postal
No postal address is published. Written correspondence should go to the email address above.
